public class L4RedisRuleCache
extends Object
implements DistributedRuleCache

Enterprise L4 Distributed Rule Cache backed by Redis. Uses atomic Lua scripts for fetch-or-lock stampede protection and Pub/Sub invalidation. Degrades gracefully to in-memory fallback when Redis is unreachable.
