      Executes a compiled rule synchronously using the provided context.
      Parameters:
      compiledRule - rule instance to execute
      context - execution context containing variable bindings
      Returns:
      ExecutionResult containing output value or error details
      Throws:
      RuleExecutionException - if execution fails unexpectedly

      Retrieves execution metrics for this executor instance.
